The URGE. Models Workshop is designed for new and aspiring models who want to take their first steps into the industry, build confidence and develop practical skills in a professional environment. No previous experience is required – just the confidence to start.

During the workshop, you’ll work on runway technique, posture and movement, posing and camera presence, casting presentation, backstage etiquette and professional behaviour, combining practical exercises with individual guidance and feedback.

This is also an opportunity to experience URGE. Models from the inside, meet the team and show us your potential. We are always looking for new faces, and selected participants may be considered for future castings, photoshoots, fashion shows, creative projects and opportunities with URGE. Models.
